I spent part of the Fall, 2005 along the Gulf Coast right after Hurricane Katrina working for the Army Corps of Engineers (sub-contracted through my employer, GRW Engineers).  You will see two guys, me and Brett Wilson in some of the shots.  Most are of damage from the Hurricane.  We were there to test the irradiance of the sun in multiple locations to enhance laser imagery that was being simultaneously gathered by an airborne sensor (see the plane in the picture below).
